What is the typical turnaround timeline from design approval to delivery?
For standard industrial warehouses ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 sq.ft., primary and secondary members are fabricated within 4 to 6 weeks following CAD approval. Fast-track anchor bolts and foundation templates can be dispatched within 10 days for concurrent civil groundwork.
What design standards and material grades are utilized by Krypson Infra?
All pre-engineered frames strictly conform to IS 800 (Limit State Design), IS 875 (Parts 1-3 for Wind Loads), and MBMA standards. Built-up plates use high-tensile steel with minimum yield strength of 345 MPa (ASTM A572 Grade 50) and cold-formed Z/C purlins use 450 MPa galvanised steel coils.
What are the standardized turnkey payment & manufacturing milestones?
Our transparent institutional schedule consists of: 10% on technical design freeze and anchor bolt drawing release; 40% against raw material allocation & cutting approval; 40% pro-rata against dispatch readiness with excise invoices; and 10% on final structural erection sign-off.
Can Krypson Infra supply and install PUF insulated panels directly?
Yes. We manufacture and install continuous polyurethane foam (PUF) sandwich panels with standard densities of 40 ± 2 kg/m³. Thicknesses range from 30mm to 120mm with pre-painted galvalume skins, delivering superior thermal conductivity values (λ = 0.022 W/mK) for cold storages and conditioned plants.
