This Privacy & Data Governance Policy applies to all technical drawings, commercial proposals, CAD schematics, and enterprise telemetry submitted through kkrypsoninfra.com, direct corporate correspondence, project procurement tenders, or on-site engineering consultations.
Industrial clients, EPC contractors, structural architects, government authorities, warehouse developers, and approved mill supply partners.
STAAD.Pro calculations, Tekla structural BIM models, DWG architectural layouts, foundation soil logs, and confidential BOQ cost sheets.
2. Technical Information Collection & Engineering Use
Krypson Infra collects only information required to calculate structural stresses, draft precision estimation models, generate Requests for Quotation (RFQs), verify building code compliance (IS 800, IS 875), and execute on-site erection contracts safely.

3. CAD/BIM Blueprint Confidentiality & NDA Protocol
Industrial layouts, factory workflow designs, and structural calculations constitute core proprietary client assets. Krypson Infra guarantees that all incoming and outgoing engineering information is handled in accordance with rigorous Non-Disclosure obligations.
Client blueprints are never disclosed to third parties or competitors. They are retained strictly for QA, cutting plans, and fabrication logs.
Per-ton steel rates, fabrication schedules, and Bill of Quantities remain confidential under corporate non-disclosure covenants.
Plate suppliers and rolling mills receive anonymized cut-dimensions only, excluding client enterprise names and spatial footprints.
