Thermal Core50mm to 100mm Rockwool (96–120 kg/m³), Glasswool, or high-density EPS composite sandwich panels. Delivers a laboratory-certified 42 dB acoustic dampening index and high thermal efficiency with heat conductance U = 0.28 W/m²K, minimizing HVAC power demands.

CNC Roll-Forming & Factory Assembly
Structural steel coils are fed through high-speed automated roll formers. Studs and tracks are punched, cut, and marked automatically, followed by pneumatic jig-clamping into volumetric pod framing.

Installation of thermal insulation, MEP conduits, and composite panel cladding under indoor climate control. Every module undergoes pressure testing, acoustic verification, and circuit load testing.
Flat-Pack or Crane-Offload Delivery
Delivered via low-bed trailers as flat-pack packages or fully assembled volumetric cabins. Krypson rigging crew coordinates crane offloading, column bolting, and utility hookups within 48 hours of arrival.
