Concealed Cam-Lock Interlock Mechanism
Every refrigeration-grade panel features internal zinc-plated steel cam-lock couplers cast directly into the rigid foam during the continuous production cycle. Coupled with female-male labyrinth tongue grooves and cold-resistant EPDM gaskets, Krypson panels prevent vapor ingress, frost heaving, and condensation leakage even at extreme delta T (ΔT > 60°C).
Thermal Envelope Dimensioning Matrix
Selecting optimal panel thickness guarantees thermodynamic stability, minimizes refrigeration compressor cycling, and reduces lifetime operational kilowatt consumption.

Certified Mechanical & Fire Performance Metrics
All manufactured batches undergo destructive compressive, flame-propagation, and moisture transmission testing strictly governed by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and international DIN/ASTM protocols.
Fire Propagation
ASTM E84 • EN 13501-1Polyisocyanurate (PIR) cores form a protective carbonaceous char upon flame contact, preventing self-sustaining combustion and drastically reducing smoke density.
Mechanical Strength
DIN 53421 • IS 12436Superior adhesion between the polyurethane core and the structural steel skin prevents skin delamination under heavy suction, seismic vibrations, or thermal stress.
Vapor & Moisture Integrity
ASTM C272 • ISO 2896Closed-cell polymer matrix inhibits water permeation, maintaining original thermal resistivity (λ) over three decades without thermal degradation.
